What qualifications do your healthcare professionals have?
We understand that healthcare needs can arise suddenly. For urgent requests, we can often provide qualified staff within 24-48 hours. For scheduled placements, we recommend contacting us at least 1 week in advance to ensure availability and optimal matching.
What qualifications do your healthcare professionals have?
All of our healthcare professionals are fully qualified and licensed. Our RNs and RPNs hold current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), and our PSWs have completed certified training programs. All staff undergo thorough background checks, reference verification, and maintain current CPR and First Aid certification.
What types of healthcare staffing do you provide?
We provide comprehensive staffing solutions including Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Personal Support Workers (PSWs). We also offer specialized services such as senior companionship, patient escort services, and non-medical transportation. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
